South Island United is the first professional football club in the Mainland of New Zealand, aiming to represent the region’s football community, provide role models and pathways for local talent and elevate the game in the South.

South Island United wants to create role models and pathways for local players to professional football, collaborate closely with local clubs to share our experiences and knowledge with all the clubs to elevate all levels of football in the region.
